Aroma Siez™ Essential Oil Blend™ Aroma Siez™ is a relaxing blend that is excellent for massaging away
life's little discomforts. The oils in this blend were specifically selected to
relax, calm and relieve tension of spastic muscles resulting from sports
injuries, fatigue or stress.
This blend may also help to relieve headaches. Body Systems Affected: Respiratory System, Muscles and Bones
Uses:AromaSiez™ may be effective in dealing with various
problems related to the respiratory system, muscles and bones.
How to use: Best if applied on location for all muscles and on the back
of the neck for relief of stress headaches.
It may also be applied over the heart or diluted with V-6 Mixing oil for a full
body massage. It is also very effective if applied on the VitaFlex points on the
feet and added to the bath water.
AromaSiez™ Essential Oil Blend contains the following Oils:
Basil - is antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory.
It is relaxing to spastic muscles including the ones that contribute to
headaches and migraines.
Marjoram - is antispasmodic and relaxing, calming
and appeasing to the muscles that constrict and contributes to headaches. It has
been shown to be useful to relieve muscle spasms, sprains, bruises, migraines
and sore muscles.
Lavender - is very balancing to the body and
works wherever it is needed. It has antispasmodic and analgesic properties.
Lavender helps with sprains, sore muscles, headaches and general healing.
Peppermint - is an anti-inflammatory to the
nerves and helps reduce inflammation in damaged tissue. It is soothing, cooling
and dilating to the system. It may help reduce fevers, candida, nausea, vomiting
and strengthens the respiratory system.
Cypress - anti-infectious, mucolytic, antiseptic,
lymphatic decongestant, refreshing and relaxing. It may help lung circulation as
well as help with the respiratory system. It may also relieve muscle cramps and
improve circulation.
