Clary Sage Testimonials
"I've heard another woman say that applying Clary Sage when the hot flash starts
helps quite a bit .
"I was having Hot Flashes a lot and I would dress in layers, for the "Take it
off, put it on" Syndrome. I was attending some training by Marcella Vonn Harting
and Cherie Ross. Cherie gave me some drops of Clary Sage in my hand and I put it
on the outside of my ankles, by my ears and back of neck, then inhaled the
wonderful smell. My hot flashes stopped and that was over a year ago." Shirley

"When I joined Young Living, the oils that were recommended for hair loss
(besides lavender) were Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, and Cedarwood. This was in
2000, and I remember two members of my upline having a conversation about how
Gary's balding spot had disappeared between two times they'd seen him. Later, I
heard him talk about the same thing. What Gary said he did was put the oil on
his scalp before he went to
work out in the morning, and then wash it out an hour and a half later in his
shower. I used a rotating selection of the above oils (two at a
time) when my hair was thinning, and it's certainly better." Eleanor
"For hot flashes, night sweats and insomnia, I use Clary sage for its
hormone balancing ability. I dilute it like 15 drops of Clary Sage to 4ml of carrier oil. I keep this in a roll-on bottle by my bedside. Just one roll down the bottom of each foot and then a quick massage to work it in and I sleep through the night with no night sweats and no 2 am wake up.
Clary Sage is a very effective oil and not much is needed to achieve the desired effect. Please note that Clary also enhances the sedative effects of alcohol and drugs so use extra sparingly if you must use these types of drugs. Yes, alcohol is a drug!"Dianna
