Elemi Essential Oil (Canarium Luzonicum)
Elemi essential oil has a spicy, incense-like scent that is soft and somewhat balsamic. A member of the same botanical family as frankincense and myrrh, it has been used traditionally in Europe for the skin and is included in celebrated healing ointments such as baume paralytique. Seventeenth-century physician J. J. Wecker used it on the battle wounds of soldiers. Elemi is highly regarded for smoothing wrinkles, skin protection, and for soothing muscles after exercise.*

Elemi Testimonials

"I have treated patients with Bell's Palsy. One thing that helped was Elemi. It seems that Bell's Palsy may be caused by a virus. The only thing that I had on hand that day was Elemi. When it was applied it burned along the nerve where it is located on the face, which I understand from Dr. Gary that when it burns it is killing the virus. The other thing that had an impact was the Cranial work that I did. " Doc Treacy

"A friend told me he had shingles and I offered him the following blend from the EODR:
5 drops elemi
5 drops tansy
2 drops clove
mixed in 1 ounce V6
He was able to sleep without pain meds for the first time since the outbreak. After 10 days I offered to refill the bottle and he said he didn't need it. The pain was totally gone and the rash had almost disappeared." Jacke

"I discovered that by using Elemi on old facial acne scars, within a few days, the skin was much more even with the rest of the facial skin. After one week of using it, some of the smaller scars completely disappeared and the deeper ones continued to become less noticeable."  Sherry
