Vertigo
"I have really bad vertigo. I started applying Ginger around my ear a couple of
times a day and the vertigo is gone! As soon as I get any symptoms (dizziness),
I apply a couple of drops again, and the dizziness goes away within minutes.
Cramps
"I have a friend who was suffering from debilitating menstrual cramps, very
unusual for her. She went to her OB and, among other things, was prescribed
strong painkillers.
Before trying them, I gave her a mixture of 8 drops of ginger and 8 drops of
rosemary diluted in 2 Tablespoons of organic olive oil. She said it helped her
tremendously. The mixture is a double-strength version of what I use on my
two-year-olds feet to stop his occasional nighttime foot cramps."
Stomach Flu
"I started getting this 'bug' that the kids have been passing around. I had 30
minutes to leave for my sons JROTC competition and knew I wouldn't be able to
make it, I had nausea and diarrhea. I placed 2 drops each of Ginger and
Peppermint in 1 cup of water and drank it down. We made it to the competition
early and it is now 6pm and I am still feeling fine."
