Adrenals Issue
"After a recent visit to my chiropracter, I mentioned excessive fatigue,
moodiness, anxiety, and after testing me, she believed my adrenals were shutting
down. I came home, did some research on adrenals, and sure enough, every single
symptom, I had. Nutmeg was the first oil I tried. Applied directly to my adrenal
area on my back once a day and I am truly feeling more energy and way less
anxiousness. I love the smell as well."
Neuropathy Relief
"My friend is not diabetic but has been troubled with neuropathy of his
feet/toes for over 3 years. He has see different doctors for this problem as it
gives him severe sharp shooting pains in his toes and feet. He was prescribed on
several medications none of which did anything for the pains. I used a blend of
Cypress/Wintergreen/Helichrysm. Which gave some relief but he needed to use it
every 3-4 hours, which was difficult during the day at work. As I was reading in
my EODR, I came across information that included Nutmeg as a help for 'nerve
pain'.
I gave him some nutmeg and he rubbed it on his feet/toes every night with the
OrthoEase. He also started taking the nutmeg 2-3 drops in a capsule every AM.
After 3 days he no longer had any pain in his feet/toes. He now uses only the
one capsule of nutmeg daily and once a week a foot soak then applying the Nutmeg
with the OrthoEase. He has not had any; not even one episode of the pain since
the 3rd day he started this regimen. Such a wonderful relief after years of
painful feet. The Nutmeg like the other YL oils are pure and do not cause any
'side effects'. "
Emotional Lift with Nutmeg
"Often I'll feel pain in my right kidney when I'm overdoing and really fatigued.
I've discovered my favorite oil is usually Nutmeg - it gives my emotions a lift,
I feel calmed and grounded, and the pain goes away right away.
Recently I felt called to Geranium. Wow, it felt so good to me. I don't know why
that one. Sometimes I'll use Endoflex, it also is calming but doesn't give that
grounding soothe that nutmeg does. Sometimes Spruce or Pine work for me, I think
that's when adrenals are involved. They are reported to have some cortisone like
supportive action.
In hot weather, I've used peppermint also for when I feel sluggish energetically
there (lower back). It gives freshness and seems to clean up the energy, and
cools me down in the hot weather."
