Orange Essential Oil  (Citrus sinensis)

French medicine uses are false angina, cardiac spasms, constipation, chronic diarrhea, nervous dyspepsia, insomnia, menopause, palpitations.

Historical Uses: Oranges, particularly the bitter orange, has been used for palpitations, scurvy, jaundice, bleeding, heartburn, relaxed throat, prolapsed uterus and anus, diarrhea and blood in feces.

Properties: Anti-depressant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, digestive, sedative and tonic
