Heartburn and Indigestion Relief
"If I get heartburn, indigestion, queasiness, gas, or any other
stomach/intestinal symptom, I take about 4 drops of peppermint oil in a small
glass of water. No matter what the issue is, the peppermint makes it go away
within minutes.
Peppermint is also anti-viral, and this past winter when lots of people around
me had the stomach flu, I took peppermint every day and didn't get sick."
No more Bruising
"I have found that peppermint oil keeps my bruising way down. When I go to get
blood tests done I make sure I have my peppermint oil with. As soon as they get
done I put it on the needle hole, and since I have started this, no more big
black and blue spot.
I also dropped a 12' cast iron lid on my foot and I hobbled in for the
peppermint oil as fast as I could. I got just a very faint bruise and it quit
hurting almost immediately once I got the oil on."
No Colds
"Whenever I feel a cold coming on, I take a few drops of peppermint oil and it
seems to disappear. That hot peppermint vapor rises up into the sinuses and seem
to get rid of colds. "
