Rose Essential Oil (Rosa damascena)
Rose essential oil has a beautiful, strong floral and sweet fragrance that is
intoxicating and highly romantic. It helps bring balance and harmony with
stimulating and uplifting properties that create a sense of well-being and
self-confidence. Used for skin care for thousands of years, it is perfect for
dry and/or aging skin and wrinkles.* Most essential oils work best when blended
with each other. The right combination will enhance the effects and power of the

Uses: Rose essential oil may help with asthma,
chronic bronchitis, frigidity, gingivitis, hemorrhaging, herpes simplex,
impotence, infections, prevents scarring, sexual debilities, skin disease,
sprains, thrush, tuberculosis, ulcers, wounds and wrinkles.
Historical Uses: The healing properties of the
rose have been utilized for centuries in medicine and still plays an important
role in the East. It has been used for digestive and menstrual problems,
headaches and nervous tensions, liver congestion, poor circulation, eye
infections and skin complaints.
Properties: Anti-hemorrhaging, anti-infectious
and aphrodisiac
Aromatherapy Effects: Rose essential oil is
stimulating and elevating to the mind, creating a sense of well-being. Its
beautiful fragrance is almost intoxicating and aphrodisiac-like.
How to use: Apply to
Vita Flex Points and directly on area of concern. Diffuse.
Dietary Supplement Uses: FDA approved for use
as a food additive (FA) or flavoring agent (FL). Dilute 1 drop in 1 tsp of honey
or dilute in 4 oz. of beverage. Not for children under 6 yrs old. Use with
caution and greater dilution with children 6 yrs and older.
