Sacred Mountain™ Essential Oil Blend
Sacred Mountain™ promotes feelings of strength, empowerment, grounding, and
protection that are a result of being close to nature. This blend of conifer
essential oils, including spruce, fir, and cedarwood, evokes the feelings of
sanctity found in the mountains.*Body Systems Affected: Emotional Balance
Uses: the predominance of conifer oils in this
blend creates a feeling of protection, empowerment and grounding. This blend may
help one to find security and sacredness within oneself. In addition it is
antibacterial and very soothing to the respiratory system.
Aromatherapy: The aroma of this blend creates a
feeling of strength, empowerment and anchoring.
How to use: Diffuse. Apply to solar plexus,
brain stem, crown of head, back of neck, behind the ears, thymus and wrists.
Safety -
Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your
physician. Dilution not required; suitable for all but the most sensitive skin.
Generally safe for children over 2 years of age.
Sacred Mountain™ Essential Oil Blend contains the following Oils:
Spruce - grounds the body, creates the balance and the opening
necessary to receive and give. It may help to dilate the bronchial tract to
improve the oxygen exchange. It also helps one to release emotional blocks.
Ylang Ylang - may help in balancing the male-female energies
and assist in filtering out the ever present "garbage" and establish a sense of
relaxation. It brings back feelings of self-love, confidence, joy and peace.
Fir - may help to create a feeling of grounding, anchoring and
empowerment.
Cedarwood - traditionally used by Native American Indians to
enhance their potential for spiritual communication. May be helpful with opening
the pineal gland.
